If for some reason you are looking to get a refund for and item you purchased, we ask that you return the item to the address provided below. Please include a note on why the item is being returned and the order number that was given to you for reference when the order was placed. The absence of this information may delay the processing time of your refund.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless there is an issue where the received goods do not match the item/s ordered. In this instance we will be entirely responsible for return shipping cost.

Exchanges follow the same processes as returns shown above, except that a detailed note explaining what the exchange is for is to be included in the returned package. The responsibility of return shipping costs for exchanges fall upon the same policy as returned items as stated previously.
