Each month, we aim to partner with a new individual, group or organization that is working to bring positive change locally or globally. These partners typically provide services to people in need or are taking charge in their respective interest. We do not partner will groups that are tied directly to us in any way shape or form. This way all proceeds generated will only be on behalf of us and our brand supporters. There is no particular interest that we wish to focus on, but rather we hope to expand our experiences and inspirations to new and exciting viewpoints.

Unfortunately, we can only offer as much help as we are able to. But we are ALWAYS looking for recommendations on potential partners. Please submit your ideas by sending an email to jordan@sumconscious for review. 

Just because a submitted group may not be able to benefit from some of our fundraising, that doesn't mean that we will not promote/support them!

Shipping services:

• All orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail services. We do not yet offer next day air or express shipping services.

Shipping times:

• All items are made to order just for you! This is our main focus when doing our part in being as environmentally conscious as possible. By not stocking unnecessary merchandise we are able to shrink our eco-footprint and create less waste compared to other companies. Due to the fact that all goods are made as they are sold, we typically ask for up to 3 business days to prepare your order for shipping.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $0.00 will qualify for free shipping.
• Orders under $1,000,000 will qualify for free shipping.
• All orders domestic and international will qualify for free shipping!
• We want you to enjoy all of our Sumconscious Studios gear without the pain of paying just to receive your goods. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email jordan@sumconscious.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

• To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For exchanging goods ordered, please email jordan@sumconscious.com with the subject 'Exchange' and include your order number, name and the reason the it will be exchanged.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of items returned to be exchanged.
• When returned item is received and inspected, a we will move forward with creating your new piece(s) and will get goods shipped out within 3 business day.
• Please note that exchanges will only be honored for other products of equal or lesser value to the item(s) being sent back. Any difference in cost will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
• Tracking information will be provided once a shipping label is generated.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars and that taxes may be applicable.
